The Personal Financial Website mobile app is the companion to the Personal Financial Website Client Portal, available for both iPhone (iOS) and Android devices.  It gives you on‑the‑go access to your financial information, including account balances, transactions, spending, and important documents.

Who builds the Personal Financial Website and mobile app?
The Personal Financial Website and mobile app are from eMoney Advisor, a leading financial planning tool utilized by Knox Financial Services.   Knox Financial Services brands the eMoney client portal as your Personal Financial Website. 

Is the website and app secure?
Yes. eMoney uses bank‑level security measures, including data encryption, secure authentication, and continuous monitoring. You control which accounts are linked and what information is shared.

How do I access the Personal Financial Website?
Complete the form above to request access or call 1-877-566-9468 to have your own Personal Financial Website turned on.  You will receive an email invitation from Knox Financial Services to create your login. Once registered, you can access the portal from any web browser using your username and password.

How do I download the mobile app?

Does the app sync with the Personal Financial Website?
Yes. The app and website sync automatically.  Any updates you see on the app will also appear in the Personal Financial Website Client Portal and vice versa.

Is there a cost to use eMoney?
No, there is no cost for clients of Knox Financial Services.  Access is provided as part of the services offered Knox Financial Services, which pays for the eMoney Advisor services.  A client is one with an active investment advisory or financial planning agreement.   

What if I forget my password or have trouble logging in?
You can reset your password directly from the login screen. If you need additional help, the Knox Financial Services Team will assist you with access or troubleshooting.
