Our Coronavirus Preparation

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) was something no one could adequately prepare for or predict.  As government and business take precautions, we are communicating our preparations to continue being available to you. 

First, we want to make sure that you and your family are OK. If you need help, just ask.  

Second, we want to let you know Knox Financial has a well-tested business continuity plan in place.  We are prepared for business disruption from power outage, natural disasters, weather, or other events.  Each day, our secure technology allows us to work from multiple office locations, remotely, and even from our homes.  Weather has confined us to remote locations in the past, and we have been able to work from our alternate locations without interruption.  Our phone, contact, and email systems are internet based, through multiple internet providers, and we have cellular backup in place.  Working from multiple, remote locations is nothing new to our team - we do this every day.   While no contingency plan may eliminate all risk of service interruption, we have taken steps to maintain access to our clients, team, and systems, regardless of location, or service availability.

Our goal is to keep you, and our team, safe and healthy.   We have closed our office locations for in person meetings with clients.

We may meet with you several ways:

Telephone Meeting:  Sometimes a phone call is all that is needed.  

Web Meetings:  A quick and secure way to view information on your computer, laptop, tablet or phone.    

Flexible Hours:  We know how busy today's lifestyles often are and offer a range of times and hours to accommodate many schedules.  Without travel to appointments, we are able to accommodate additional hours for phone and web meetings.

Many financial transactions may be completed over the phone, or via our e-signature process.

If government order requires our office locations to be closed, or prohibits travel, we will continue to work remotely and plan to be available via phone, email, text, and fax during our regular hours. Please try to reach us first.  If you are not able to reach us, and have an urgent financial request, please contact Lincoln Investment at 1-800-242-1421, where licensed representatives may assist you.
