Introducing KATE, Our Meeting Memory Specialist

KATE (Knox Advisor Technology Experience) is a digital assistant that helps document meetings clearly and accurately.

During meetings with Jason Knox, AIF®‑CRC®, or other members of the Knox Financial Services team, KATE captures key discussion points and next steps.  Afterward, KATE helps produce written summaries so important details are not missed.

KATE does not provide financial advice or make decisions. KATE's sole role is to assist with documenting our conversations.

Why KATE?

Clients often tell us that meetings make sense in the moment, but it’s easy for a detail or two to fade afterward.  To help, we seek to provide written summaries of our meetings.  KATE creates a draft summary to get things started, and that summary is always reviewed and finalized by the Knox Financial Services Advisor or Team Member who attended the meeting before it’s shared with you.

While an obvious time-saving tool, the ability to promptly deliver written summaries of our meetings motivated our use of a digital assistant.  Anyone who has seen Jason type will understand the time savings involved.

A Written Summary Of Your Meeting Immediately

Providing a written summary of our meetings may:

  • Improve clarity and reinforce the key points we discussed
  • Reduces reliance on memory
  • Provides a reference for future review
  • Add peace of mind – you may feel confident that important information wasn’t missed
  • Share a summary with spouses, partners, or others who weren't at the meeting
Focused On You, Not Notes

Focused On You, Not Notes

With note‑taking handled in the background, your advisor can stay fully focused on you during the conversation. This allows for more meaningful dialogue, better understanding, and a more personal meeting experience—without pauses or distractions.

"The ability to quickly deliver a detailed written summary of meetings with clients is the reason we opted to use a digital assistant.  Instead of transcribing notes after the meeting, this technology captures the meeting in real time and provides a summary for me to immediately review and edit - you may take your written summary with you at the conclusion of our meeting." - Jason Knox,AIF(R),CRC(R)

Not Interested in KATE?  We Understand

That’s completely fine, just let Jason or our Team know.  We always ask before using KATE.   Nothing changes about the advice or service you receive—we will take written notes as we always have.

Not A Person

Not A Person

KATE is a computer program, not a person.

For fun, we asked KATE's cousin, CoPilot, what KATE would look like if a human, using our website as inspiration.
