Teresa Spilde

I was born in 1963 in Storm Lake, IA, the youngest of seven children. In 1965, our family moved to a farm east of Cresco, IA, where I loved growing up with the day-to-day chores, and my love for pets and farm animals.

I am a 1981 graduate of Crestwood High School.

My husband, Mark, and I got married in September 1984; we reside in Decorah.

We have 2 amazing sons, along with their wives, Ben and Maria of Cedar Falls, IA. Brian and Heidi of Chippewa Falls, WI. We have three grandsons: Jack, Max, and Mason, and one granddaughter: Mia, who bring such joy and laughter into our lives.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, SXS adventures, riding the Harley, boating, jeep rides, biking, hiking, exercising, and yard work. I enjoy cooking, baking, and taking care of our beautiful home.

Mark and I have a passion for traveling; we have traveled to many places, with so many more to explore.

We make it a priority to go dancing on Friday nights in area towns.

When we have spare time, we love to go on spur of the moment adventures with our Harley, boat, or Jeep.

One of my favorite movies is: A Man Called Otto.

I became part of the Knox Financial Services Team in September of 2023.  I brought with me 30 years of banking experience. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be part of such an incredible team, and the chance to meet new friends along the way.
